Parallel Yet Unparallel
Although I've been away I've kept an eye what's going on in the entertain biz. I've found things that are parallel on some level with the TVB world, but in a way kind of unparallel as well. LEAVE CHARMAINE SHEH ALONE!!!! You guys have probably seen the Chris Crocker video a.k.a. LEAVE BRITNEY ALONE!!! It's like almost everywhere I go now the Charmaine bashing is rampid. It's mostly criticism for her acting in DOL and people blaming her for the low ratings. Honestly, I don't see anything wrong with her acting. Personally I think alot of people are just jumping on the band wagon. I'm absolutely dying to see if anyone would post a video as a satire to Charmaine! If they do, I guarantee you he'll end up all over the Hong Kong news. Just to be clear though I in no way am saying Charmaine is Britney Spears. Britney is complete mess. Charmaine has her act together, as a matter of fact she's probably one of the most well structured actress at TVB right now. I applaude how she's handling everything with grace. Hence why there is some unparallelism (Is this even a word lol).  Scandalous! Vanessa Hudgens from High School Musical was caught in a scandal where nude photos of her were uncovered. It reminded of Yoyo Chen who was rumor to Ms.A the mysterious actress who had revealing clip of her revealed. This is unparaellel because Vanessa's career is actually going up because Hollywood loves scandals while Yoyo's career is going down hill because TVB is conservative.   |

Charmaine's acting in DOL is may not be her best (she was stellar in WAB), but is still very natural and one of her better series People are most likely trying to bring her down because her character's role was given more emphasis compared to the other fadans, so naturally their fans come to their rescue.

I agree.. i see charmaine being bashed everywhere! its like she has no fans anymore. The News is constantly bashing her and compairing her with other people. Fans are fighting and critizing her. That poor charmaine.
I have to say.. she is great in DOL.. thats why i'm watching DOL.. for her and Raymond =D
although in real life, i dont know how she is, but i dont care I like her in DOL and her acting. I think thats all we need to worry about.

Well, bashing will never stop. Of course it hurts fans feelings to see their idol being unfairly bashed, but not all fans will bother 'fighting' back because what good does it bring.
Haters post criticism because they feel their own idols threatened. They had to put down other ppl to make their idol look better. You know what disgust me? Those who pretend to be fair, providing 'professional' commentary that how terrible she is, while over-rating his own idol of how 'spectacular' she is. I'm suspicious that this is all due to someone's pettiness over his idol role in a new series being substituted. I think I have hinted enough who that hyprocrite was.
LMAO, anonymous, I know who you're talking about, it's a bit too obvious :P
Well anyway, back to the post Asia made. I agree with you, I just don't understand why these haters just won't stop bashing Charm. They have way too much times on there hands.

and she does have a lot of fans, but I think the majority of them don't want to waste there time arguing with the haters. I mean, what good does it do to argue with then? They just won't stop, no matter how much you try to defend your idol.

what's the point of bashing an artist anyway? if you don't like them, FINE, you don't have to go insulting her/him just to make your idol seems 'on the top' >__>

Why can't she raise her voice, i think it would be more convincing, in like all scenes.
