Asia's Blog: "Remaining Conservative", One Big Double Standard *Updated*

Disclaimer: The Pictures Below Have Been Approved By My Blogger Team To Be Posted, But I Will Delete This Post If Anyone Is Offended. They Are Only Brief Nudity Shots, PG-13 maybe R, So Lets Be Mature About It, Because More Important Issues Are To Be Discussed.

So Why A Double Standard: First of all, the pictures below were submitted by "Anonymous", she explain that she thought my site was the site that would share her views, and would be bold enough to dicussed these issues. She sent these pictures and asked me to give my opinion about the men and women double standard. The first thought when seeing those pictures was "Why would Wong Hei pose for such revealing shots? Isn't he afraid of being "frozen" or getting his reputation destroyed?" Turns out these pictures were taken quite a long time ago, and Wong Hei received a rather large cash reward, but not even a warning from his management or TVB. That was a little shocking, TVB is considered a "family" company always using stars with a clean image, thats why they very sensitive towards rumours.

I finally realized what she was talking about with double standard. In 2003, Mandy Cho was frozen for three months with no work because she posed in a bikkini for a slimming company with Athena Chu {Seen on your Left}. Christy Chung shot her first nudity pictures for a magazine, and was never taken seriously again as an actress, but as a Level III model for movies, and truly she is mostly featured in those kind of movies now. I'm so beyond disbelief that the double standard is this big. So "remaining conservative" is really a rule that only applies to women. I was really disappointed because its mostly among the Asian Societies. For example Halle Berry did do nudity for Monster's Ball, but she was still taken seriously as an actress even winning Oscar. I'm not going to even get into the whole Joey Leung & Queenie Chu scandal. I just hope as woman the barrier in Asia will be break down soon.

*The Pictures Are Now Taken Down, They Are Now Only Viewable By The Hidden Links Below As A Warning For People Who Are Sensitive As Requested.*
